The SEC and CFTC jointly adopted amendments to Form PF. These changes followed two other recent amendments to Form PF. As part of these amendments, certain modifications were made to the Form PF instructions and to sections of the form to improve data quality and comparability and provide additional insight into private fund operations and strategies with respect to all Form PF filers. The effective and compliance date for these amendments is March 12, 2025.
