Michal Riha joined Standish Compliance in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Compliance Officer and outsourced Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. He supports investment adviser clients across a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, with particular expertise in annual review testing and SEC regulatory filings.

Mr. Riha has deep experience in investment adviser compliance, with a strong focus on private fund managers, including hedge funds, traditional private equity, real estate, and oil and gas strategies. He plays a key role in helping clients design, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs tailored to their business and regulatory risk profiles.

Mr. Riha holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Leadership and an Alternative Fund Investment Certificate from Harvard Business School Online. Born in the Czech Republic, he speaks three languages and brings a global perspective to his work with Standish clients.
